Meet Katie

Katie is the warm, welcoming voice you hear when you call our office and the friendly face that greets you when you arrive. As our Senior Business Manager of Operations at the Ahwatukee location, she is the backbone of our practice, ensuring that every patient feels comfortable, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

A Phoenix native with deep roots in the community, Katie was born and raised right here in Arizona. She comes from a close-knit family of seven siblings—six of them sisters—which has shaped her warm, family-oriented approach to everything she does. She is a proud graduate of Highland High School in Gilbert, where she built many of the friendships that still matter to her today.

Katie's journey in dentistry began shortly after high school graduation in 2000. Recognizing her passion for working in the dental field, she pursued her education at Pima Medical Institute, where she earned her diploma in dental assisting. Her career has been a natural progression: she started as a Sterile Technician, moved into clinical dental assisting where she worked alongside dentists for several years, and eventually transitioned to the front office where her interpersonal skills truly shine. Today, as our Senior Business Manager of Operations, she oversees the entire patient experience and business operations.

When asked why she loves working in dentistry, Katie doesn't hesitate to answer: "I love helping patients feel comfortable and knowing they're in good hands." This philosophy guides everything she does. Her main goal is to see every patient leave with a confident smile—not just because of our dental work, but because of the positive, caring experience they've had from start to finish.
